Reactivating an expired domain
-
Hello, I need help on how to reactivate fightingfancy.com The domain has expired and we did not receive an email or a phone call on how to reactivate it. For some reason we are also unable to login, with the email address we have. It has been very challenging to figure out how to get support. So once we are able to get fightingfancy.com reactivated I will need to cancel the account I created to be able to get tech support. Thank you for your help.
Gina

Your domain is parked and this thread is tagged in the sidebar with modlook for Staff attention..
When a domain expires, it then goes through a process that can take several months to complete described at https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/.
If you are in the grace period you will not have to agree to pay a redemption fee set by the domain name registrar that wordpress.COM staff cannot waive.
Otherwise, if you want Staff to try to recover the domain for you then you will have to agree to pay the redemption fee.
If you’re logged into the account that is associated with your expired domain, they will look up its status and get in touch with details.
If you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies prior to logging into the associated account, and provide the domain URL here.

Thank you for your fast reply. The issue is that I am not able to login to the expired account. So I do not know any information. I need someone from WordPress to help me figure all of that out. I do not know if we are still in the grace period or not.

Staff will assist you as soon as they work their way forward to this thread. Please be patient while waiting.

I am not able to login to the expired account
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard. The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
* You will have to replace “name_of_blog” with the actual blog’s name in that URL.
I recommend bookmarking that link or memorizing it.
You can update your email address here https://wordpress.com/me
If you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login correctly under the relevant username account.
If you did not register the site under your username account and do not have the required access, then you need to contact the person who registered the account and site under it, and have them act or transfer the site to your username account by using this process. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account
If the login information has been lost go to
https://en.support.wordpress.com/passwords/
https://en.support.wordpress.com/passwords/#lost-passwordIf required use the account recovery form

Thank you,
What do I do if we do not know the username or email that will allow us to log in. It’s not just a password recovery because it says it does not recognize our username?

This is what we are unable to do. We have two email address that we would have connected to the account. Neither one works. Is there someone that I can speak to that can help reactivate the account? This is a non-profit blog that was started by a person going through cancer. We really do not want to lose all of the information.

Hi Gina,
The domain is owned by another account so I’ve sent an email to address we have on file. For security reasons I can’t share the email address with you, so if you originally purchased the domain, please check all of your accounts.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Great, Heather just included me in the email she received. Are we now able to get it back up?
Thanks
