Reactivating expired bog

  I have been inactive on my blog for some time and although I own my domain name “mykarekit.com” and domain mapping is set up (I verified this) I cannot access my dashboard to post.

  I think I need to pay wordpress for domain mapping? But haven’t been able to upgrade when I sign in. My blog was (still is visible as) https://mykarekitblog.wordpress.com/ but when I try to access “my site” it says I don’t have any.

  Please help. I tried responding to an email about billing but haven’t had a reply.

  Hi,
  Yes, you need to buy domain mapping. If you wan’t to check up your billing history and/or upgrade your plan. Then click your profile picture (upper right corner) and look for Billing History. Here, you’ll find a link “my upgrades” option where you can select “Domains”. You should be able to see your site here and access the option to buy your domain mapping.

  Thanks for replying carladoria :)

  I’ve tried this and there are no sites listed, nor is there any billing history. I’m hoping someone from WP can jump in here and help me retrieve/re-activate.

  I have used a few different email addresses over the years but have searched all to find a billing email for the upgrade without success.
