reactivating website

  I changed my website to private in 2018 but now want to reactivate. I can’t see it on my profile. Help! Where has it gone? The domain is hosted through Krystal that they say it’s all good at their end

  Your site is not hosted here, on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.

  For general help with the version of WordPress you’re using, you can ask the WordPress.org community over at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  Is that for definite? I used WordPress.com originally to design the website and it is still in my bookmarks as WordPress.com. I have never used WordPress.org and my login for WordPress doesn’t work on the .org site. I can’t see how it would have migrated? Thanks

  You might have used the wordpress software but WordPress.com is a host just as Krystal is. You’ll reach your site over there on their servers via http://www.innerbalancefitness.co.uk/wp-login.php
  PS: To ask for assistance in the .org forum you’d need to register an account there first. It has no connection with this forum so WordPress.com log in details won’t work.

  innerbalancefitness.co.uk is not a domain associated with any WordPress.com sites.

  You do have a few WordPress.com sites that include the term “innerbalancefitness”, but none of them appear to have been developed in any way.
