Reactivation of my website
-
Dear Word Press,
I had someone create a website for me two years ago and the domain was hosted by Go Daddy. All of the content was via Word Press for the website. It was hosted by Host Gator. I didn’t do much with it, because I was not technically saavy. I have spent the last year learning how to the do this and I want the website back and running with the initial content and then I can make adjustments. Can you please help me on what to do next. Here is the information that was provided in 2014. […]
Thanks
Stacy Bennett

That wordpress.ORG software install is a site that we do not provide support for as it is not hosted by wordpress.com and our support docs do not apply to it. You are posting to the wrong support forum to get help with that site.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
