  hi, i have a blog which i have neglected. the renewal was paid on 5 sept 22. i now wish to start blogging again but i simply cannot get into the site although it is still published. i used the log in details i had but these have not brought up the blog dashboard but told me i have no site…. how can this be?

   the renewal was paid on 5 sept 22.

  Did you receive a confirmation via email of this renewal? If yes, you should be able to reset the password to the account via this link https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

  If not, we can look to use a different method to recover the account

  The site is not with this particular WordPress.com account, and so would be with another WordPress.com account.

  hi, just tried all that and it has a recovery email I no longer have access to… how can we get around this?
