Reactive email/not receiving emails for weeks

Hey there I am very confused about this situation. I was given a login for Cpanel from the previous developer that didn’t end up working and since then the login has expired. I need access to the domain for the email (email visible only to moderators and staff) as I need to migrate the email over and need to get this email back up and running. I also need to receive the emails I haven’t been receiving for weeks now but again cannot do this without getting the login info to cpanel but since there is longer An active subscription I can’t seem to do that. I have reached out to Calen and they told me to reach out to WordPress, can someone please help.
