  What is happening exactly and what are you trying to do?

  Hi there, according to Staff https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/change-theme-37?replies=5#post-2951269 there was an issue with the themes page earlier today but this should now be resolved. Please refresh the page before trying to load the themes.
