"Read More" buttons on the front page and the pique theme.

  As seen on the homepage, there are posts lined up as you scroll down. Notice that the 3rd post from the top has the button “Read More” on it. I’m not really sure how that button got there. I actually like it, but I would like to have that button on a different post and not this particular one. Is there a way to change that? How can I add the “read more” button or remove it from somewhere?
