Read More link covers the entire post

  Hi everyone, I installed the Monochrome theme which has a nice “read more” button. But unfortunately I’m unable to display it, there is only text: [ READ MORE ]. As you can see here: http://www.gillesbouquillon.com/blog/?cat=1 the link “covers” the entire post, not only the “button”. How can I fix this ?

  How can i display the read more feature on the home page instead of full posts as it is shown here : http://www.gillesbouquillon.com/blog/
