'Read More' link not working

  I am so frustrated. I’m just setting up my blog and it was all working fine and then suddenly when I view my blog and click the ‘Read More’ link on each post it does not show me the full post, it just reloads the page! What is going on? Please try to help me in laymen’s terms. I’m really not good with tech speak.
