'Read more' link on Purpose homepage

  I’ve added posts to my “featured” homepage slider which shows the excerpt I have set up with the “learn more” button. All good. However, the same post under “Latest News” on the homepage does not show the “read more” link. When I delete the excerpt the “read more” link appears (under Latest News) but then I don’t have the featured post on the slider. How can I create the “read more” link under the “Latest News” while still having the excerpt as a featured slider post? Thanks.

  Hi there. Please post your question in the dedicated forum for your premium theme, here: http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/forum/purpose

  In that forum you get support directly from the theme authors. They’ll be able to tell you if it’s supposed to be like this and if/how you can change it.
