'read more tag' is not working.

  I tried everything mentioned in the help page regarding the ‘read more tag’ but when I insert it and update it, still when I go the page its not there. please help

  Hi,

  The More tag can only be used in posts, not in pages. If you’re referring to inserting it into a post, then please provide the address (URL) of the post.
