read more tags

  I cannot get the read more tag to work now for some reason on one of my posts. I first posted it in a page, but then I turned the page into a post inside a category, and now the read more tag does not work. Any suggestions?

  When viewing the post directly like that the more tag has no effect. But when viewing the post on a page that lists posts, for example on a posts-with-tag listing page like this http://truthinliving.net/tag/dispensationalism/ you’ll notice it breaks exactly where your more tag is located.

  I suspect that you want to make your “THE ISRAEL OF GOD (A SERIES)” menu item a Category Page which would show the summary with a link to the full article.

  Your current menu item is configured as a “page” type which linked to what used to be the page (now a post) and that’s why it’s taking you directly to the post.
