READ MORE translation CERAUNO polish, polski PL

  Hi, I have a problem with Cerauno theme. There’s no Polish translation for word “read more”.
  Is that possible to translate “READ MORE” to ” CZYTAJ WIĘCEJ”?
  I don’t want english “READ MORE” under my posts in polish language, I’d rather have “CZYTAJ WIĘCEJ”
  How can I change it?
  My blog is with .wordpress.com and it’s free, I don’t have option to change html
