Read Only Document Link

  I am attempting to load an Alumni Roster to my blog. I want to load this in a Read Only or Password Protected format. Can I do this from the WordPres Library or do I need to add a link out to another location such as Scribd?

  you can upload a.PDF file into your media library. That link can be posted into a post or page…
  (PDF are common for rosters, the text is hard to alter and they can be password protected)
