Your homepage, front page, blog page shows both of your posts completely.
BUT!!! You have made a custom menu to show both of those posts under the categories:
http://herbsmypassion.wordpress.com/category/depression-insomnia-anxiety-equals-caffeine-pt-1/
and
http://herbsmypassion.wordpress.com/category/constipation-my-chosen-herbs/If you want whole posts to appear then you can use Twenty Ten’s excerpt function to make them show (except for embeds like YouTube etc.).
http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2009/03/25/the-excerpt-function/Adding each post to your navigation menu will soon become very confusing. It would be better to use a category widget so folks can find topics you write about more easily:

A bit more specifically:
If you want whole posts to appear then you can use Twenty Ten’s excerpt function to make them showThe Excerpt box is an html editor. So if you want anything other than a simple text summary, you must work your way using html – or temporarily create and format the content in the visual editor of the post, then switch to html, copy the result from there and paste it in the Excerpt box.
You can switch to the html (text) editor and copy your whole post to paste into the excerpt module.
embeds and shortcodes won’t show: no videos for example, no galleries, no slideshows…
