  The reader will not open. I tired it through the tool bar as usual which didn’t work and through “blogs i follow” and it didn’t work. i tried to access on two different computers to no avail…..

  I see that you spoke to my colleague Rachel and Chase regarding this matter. They have both reported it to our developers and Rachel has also emailed you privately regarding this matter.
