  Hello –

  I follow my own blog and checked the reader after I posted today. I didn’t see it in there, so I waited a while. I checked my email and I did receive a notification for it.

  Been back to the reader a few times now. It posted at 8:27am CT today (Aug. 25), and I still do not see it. Blogs that posted long before me are showing up. Am I just not seeing it, or could there be an issue?

  I’m not getting clicks on the new post either, so I’m guessing no followers have received it in their readers either.

  I’d appreciate if someone could let me know if I’m just missing it, or if there is an issue that can be fixed.

  Hi @loridr , did you follow this site via email while you were logged out? It’s looking like there’s an email subscription, but you aren’t subscribed to it in the reader.

  You can fix this by following the site again while logged in, even if you need to unfollow first.

  Hi Velda – Sorry for not understanding how this works. I’ve been subscribed to my own site for a long time and have received notifications in both my Reader and email all along. I’m not understanding how it stopped notifying me in the Reader.

  It says ‘following’ at the top of the blog page. Doesn’t that mean it should show up in the Reader? Is that where you suggested that I ‘unfollow’ and then ‘follow’ while logged in?

  If not, let me know where I need to go to re-subscribe to the Reader.

  Hi Again – Okay, so I contacted some of my blog followers on facebook to ask if I’m in their WordPress Readers. They checked and said that I am not in their Readers. I’m thinking there’s a glitch. I got one click on the post I put up today, which tells me no one is getting it in their Reader, since I didn’t either. Thought I’d let you know. Thanks.

  Thanks Lori, I’d like to check on each of their subscriptions as well. I’ll contact you via ticket to get their usernames.
