Reader?

Hello WordPress. I recently made a post to my site, but it’s not appearing in the Reader. I’ve posted here for years and posts have always appeared instantly. It’s not a paid account and never has been. It also says that I have Jetpack, so that shouldn’t be an issue. I also checked with the Feed Validator Service and it says, “This is a valid RSS feed”. Has something else changed, or is it something that I’m doing wrong?

Thanks csonnek. Sorry for the late reply. There was no indication in my email that anyone had answered.
I’m looking in the Reader and it still doesn’t show up. I wish I could show you a screenshot of what I’m seeing. Also usually because I use categories and tags I get at least several likes (not that that’s why I post, but who wants to post to nobody), but I only received one. Something is amiss.

You can grab a screenshot and upload it to your site’s Media Library so we can have a look. Here’s how to make do that:

Thank you, Fstat. I know how to take one but I don’t see anyway to upload it here. That page says that I “can attach it to my email to support”. Isn’t that here? But there’s no button to attach screenshots is there? Let me think …

I don’t want to add it to a post or page so that others will see it. Uploading it to my media library I don’t know about. It seems kind of private.

People designated as “Staff” in the forums are WordPress.com support and will have access to your site’s backend and media library without you needing to post the media URL publicly.
So you can just upload the image and respond here that it’s there and Staff can take a closer look.

I uploaded it. As you can see by the dates of the posts there mine doesn’t show up as normal. The time I posted is between those other two posts.

Hmm, thank you, darnelldibbles. It is showing in the reader now. I don’t know why it wasn’t showing that I wasn’t following my own blog. I was before. I must have removed it at some point. Still, only one like? Maybe I just wrote a really boring post! I’ll remove it.
