Reader and Email notifications

  I and many of my Followed blogger friends are not able to see my Posts on the Reader.
  Some of them are not getting email notifications of my new posts. What is to be done about it. Please can you help me.

  Could you help me in this regard as many of friends who informed me, are not getting to read my posts in their Reader. I myself not getting my Posts to be seen on My Reader.
