I was wondering if there is a way I can create a Readers Blog Page, so that my readers can have a page where they can write their own blogs? I know I can create a page, give it the title Readers Blog Page & basically just set it up w/ a comments box or boxes. But I was wondering if there’s anyway they could also post a pic. there of their blog subject or maybe of their self. The main reason why the name of the site is called whatsonyoursportsmind.com is because I want to give my readers the opportunity to not only comment on my blogs, but to be able to create their OWN so that they can interact. I would leave the blogs up only a few days so my memory is not used up.

I doubt if there is any legitimate way to let your users post on your blog, besides the commenting.
You can actually create a basic user account in your blog as a writer and share the credentials with the readers and they can use that user account to write posts on your blog. But sharing credentials will only cause a lot of spam posts and call for moderation and sharing account credentials might violate terms of service on WordPress.com as well. So I won’t recommend you try what I mentioned above.I would suggest you solicit emails from your users and you can post on their behalf on your blog. That way you will keep the site on topic and spam free as well.
