Reader can comment sometimes and not others

    I’m new to the blog world, but I just had a reader email me that she posted one comment successfully then came back very shortly afterward to post another and it wouldn’t let her submit the second one. Apparently this has happened to another reader who couldn’t post a comment. I don’t know if there are others, but this has me concerned. Any ideas? Thanks.
