Reader can’t comment

  Reader said when he tries to comment, he can’t post it. He said it ‘doesn’t do anything.’ He tried it a second time but was asked to login, ‘because [his email address] is used by an account you are not logged into now.’ He can’t post his comment. He said he even tried using the ‘lost password.’ Ideas?

  Hey natalieiwasa,

  To comment on a WordPress.com website having the built-in comment system, it requires the reader to login to a WordPress.com account to drop a comment.

  That’s the reason your reader is getting such notification.

  Okay. Reader said after he logged in, nothing happened. He tried it again using “lost password,” but that didn’t work either.
