Reader Does Not Load

For the past week blogs/topics I’m following and wanting to see the new posts on ‘Reader’ have not been loading up. Every time I go on it, it always stays as the loading screen. The other tabs, Freshly Pressed, Notifications, Stats, etc work fine.
I’m using IE9 and Windows Vista, which from when I checked is their current version for Vista.
Also, sometimes when I log in a message comes up saying that if I’m not the correct user, log out and log back in. But if I am to click on ‘invite an administrator’ to bring me back.
Usually I just click on the links that say either ‘Go to Dashboard’ or ‘Visit Site’, which takes me straight to where I want to go.
So I don’t know if that (which I wasn’t too sure was safe as it never happened before) or my web browser has anything to do with the problem. If that same situation comes up again I’ll post up a picture but so far it has only happened to me twice this week.

I thought I’d bring this topic back up since my problem has yet to be resolved.
I also found out that the ‘My Blogs’ tab does not work either.
I’d be really grateful if someone could help or know what could be wrong as I have never had this problem before.

I have the same problem with the reader.. it loaded fine before but this week, it is loading forever and nothing comes out. I thought it was my computer but I don’t have this problem on other websites. Sometimes the reader does work but it is rare now..
If someone has some ideas about this problem it would help.. thank you.. -
If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.
Note: If you are using an IE9 browser in compatibility mode that makes it render as IE7 and IE7 is not supported. To disable see > http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1196-internet-explorer-compatibility-view-turn-off.html
If you are, please do these four things:
1. Try clearing your browser’s cache http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050
2. Make sure that you have third-party cookies enabled http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/
3. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.
4. Try enabling HTTPS: http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/
If you are not successful let us know which browser (and version of it) you’re using and post any error reports you get.

Thank you Timethief, you have really helped out. It turned out that clearing my browser’s cache was the problem all along ^^
Going to keep this at hand for future reference for any other occurrences : )
