reader feed subscription for TVLine not mailing out posts when on instant

  Hi. When using WordPress reader feed subscriptions to receive email for posts I am not getting sent any when using the instant mode for TVLine (https://tvline.com/feed) despite it working and displaying the posts within the reader wall and also sending email if I change it to Daily digest. Other providers which offer email from feed subscriptions send them as expected.
