Reader Is Non-functioning Again!

  For several days, in January, the reader was just a pulsing screen of grey and white. The issue was finally resolved after several attempts to get help. Today, the problem has developed all over again. The reader pulses grey and white and then turns white and the page is empty. Also, the blog tags that I follow has been deleted. Why? What is going on here? I finally get the original reader problem fixed and now you go and muck it up again! For the love of !!!!! Fix the reader!!!!!

  Hi @shelbycourtland, in our last thread here we determined you had some trouble in IE, but we didn’t get enough information to figure out why:

  You had decided to stick with Chrome for the time being. Can you let us know the current status?
