Reader is not loading

  Sometimes the reader doesn’t load. After posting, it usually shows up almost instantly. I posted almost half an hour ago and it still isn’t up. and I am not seeing any new posts of those I follow. This issue has been happening off and on for the last couple weeks that I have noticed.
