Reader is not loading in ANY browser. Have done ALL the suggestions.

  My reader is not loading. I have done ALL the suggestions that are listed in the forums, https, cleared the browser, third-party cookies, turned off every single add-on – absolutely every suggestion. This is affecting IE, Google, Opera, and Firefox. I have done all the suggestions in the forums to all my browsers except Opera at this point to no avail. This all started after the new update. Everything else seems to work fine except the reader, get the loading animation but never loads, or it just shows up white. I am confuzzled.
