Reader is not responding on Insert/edit link mode

  The Reader is not responding, for insert/edit and link. I could not even save edited document. BR.

  Hi there,

  When you insert a link in a new post, the button only becomes active after you highlight the test you want to turn into a link. You can see more about that here: Links

  If that’s not working for you, please let me know.

  You also mentioned that you can’t save an edited post/page. Can you describe the exact steps you took to edit the post or page, including what links or buttons you clicked on and what happened when you tried to save it? That will help me investigate this for you.

  Thanks for the response. I have been using it for a while now to create links to a document. It had worked well. Once that is saved you go to any other business.

  However, since this morning the trouble has been you cannot save it; it freezes. Therefore, I lost some documents and had to revert to the classic option.

  Hi there,

  I’m sorry for the trouble with the editor freezing. I haven’t been able to reproduce that problem on my end — it’s possible that clearing your browser’s cache may help with that issue, if you’d like to keep using the new editor.

  Thanks. I have already done that. It did not solve the problem. Any ways I have reverted to the classic alternative. When I 1st sought help I was not aware it was there. Thanks again. BR.
