  The Quote link on the comment stopped working on this site below. It seems to be a javascript bug. Who can I send the bug report to?

  The them in question INove is a retired theme that does not support all WordPress.com features and that is why it was retired. The solution could be changing themes. http://wordpress.com/themes/
