Reader Issues

What is wrong with the reader? For several days, blogs that I follow have been showing the same content over and over again and some are not showing up at all even though they were there an hour or so ago, but then they are gone. Today, one blog is showing up over and over(the exact same content) as I scroll down the page; the same posts over and over. What’s the deal?

I have established my website. However, I cannot search my website from google or other search engine. So, is it a upgrade issue? or other? I’ll upgrade late days, but I cannot find the home page I down. Please provide me further information as soon as possible.
