Reader: nesting tags

  I’d like to combine tags in the Reader, so I can view posts that meet more than one of my criteria, e.g. Environment + Humour or Wacky + Fiction. Otherwise the number of posts under one tag can be overwhelming. I tried the Lists but they seem to ‘or’ tags rather than ‘and’. I also checked the Support site and these forums. Is there a way? I realise I can achieve the effect with any search engine pointed at the WordPress domain but that makes the Reader redundant for me.
