Reader not loading.

When I log into my WordPress.com account the first page that loads is the Reader listing recent posts in the blogs I follow. However, for the past 10 days the Reader has not been loading – I just get the circle saying “loading” but nothing happens.
If I click on topics in the Reader, the topics I’m following load fine – it’s just the blogs I’m subscribed to that won’t load in my Reader.
I’ve done a forced refresh, and cleared my cache but this hasn’t helped.
My browser is IE9, with Windows 7 operating system.

Despite no-one officially replying to this message, my Reader was working perfectly within 24 hours of posting. So “thank you” to whoever fixed it behind the scenes :-)
Whoever is reading though, my Stats page is intermittently doing the same thing, ie. sometimes loading fine, other times saying “loading” but nothing happens, and I have to log onto my Blog and click the stats from there (which load fine) instead of my admin page. Some behind the scenes magic there would also be appreciated.

be sure you are not running IE9 in compatibility mode. If you are using an IE9 browser in compatibility mode that makes it render as IE7 and IE7 is not supported. To disable see > http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1196-internet-explorer-compatibility-view-turn-off.html
