reader – not showing 1st photo
-
I usually have my first photo show up in the reader, but for some reason it is picking up the video instead that I posted way down on the blog post. Is there any way I can override this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

How a post displays in the Reader is depending on a combination of the post format, the images embedded in the content, other embeds in the content, and the featured image. Note that our developers are aware of this and will keep improving the reader in future features and updates!
You might want to try to set one of your images as a featured image. It not certain this will override the video though. You can follow the steps in this guide on how to set a featured image: http://en.support.wordpress.com/featured-images/#setting-a-featured-image

Thanks for your help. I did try to follow those steps, but it appears that Page Attributes shows up only for Pages rather than for Posts, so I couldn’t set a featured image from there. Likewise, there isn’t a selection box for Featured Image under my Screen Options that I could find.
For now I have resolved it by deleting the video, and the photo I wanted in the reader is now showing. Good to know your developers are aware of this, and thank you for taking the time to respond to my query.
