Reader not showing images

  Since my previous thread was closed before it was resolved, I have to post again.

  My second post is showing in Reader without image.

  I know I didn’t set featured image. It looks strange with my theme on hompage and I don’t think this is the reason of the image not showing. For my first post I also omitted featured image and it showed just fine in Reader.
  Also my Reading is set to show full content, not summary.

  Any ideas what could be causing the problem?

  Hi @nenadvc, we had closed that thread because we started a private email thread via the other account. We haven’t heard back yet, by the way. Can you check all folders for that?

  We do see the image in the reader, but it’s “tall” so it looks a bit weird. Making it featured may fix that, and ensure that the right image is distributed on Facebook shares and twitter cards. If you don’t like how your theme uses featured images, you might try another, because featured images can be helpful.

  That said, the image should still appear. What browser or app are you using when the image is missing?

  Hi, thank you for your help. I am using Firefox and Safari… can’t see it in Reader…. Oh well, I hope the be more lucky with the next post.

  About email exchange, I haven’t received anything yet. Are you sure you sent it to (email visible only to moderators and staff) ?

  That’s the email associated with the blog I needed help with.

  Yes we did use that email address. Check your spam folder and social/promotions tabs if you have them. Let me know if you can’t find it and I’ll send it again.
