Reader not Updating

  Reader is not showing my new posts nor any of others bloggers. Simply flashes, not adding new content. Had trouble with iPad view of latest post as well….photos and texts floated uncontrollably on view so I had to turn it off but would like to have it back. Related or separate issues? Help??!?
