Reader not updating?

  Hi folks,

  Just a short question > how long does it take for the Reader to show a new post?

  I can see people I follow almost immediately ( minutes) while now for the second time I seem to be stuck at 6 days ago while there have been 2 posts since then… If I search more directly by my name, I get to 4 days but yesterday’s post is still not there…

  Any idea?

  I am not sure of the exact time, and it may vary, but it should be pretty quick! I checked the site view for the https://nil1950.wordpress.com/ blog and I can see the latest post there: https://wordpress.com/read/blogs/7299228

  Keep in mind if you are searching by tag, you are not guaranteed to appear at the top of the results always. If you are looking at a very popular tag or in your main stream and have followed a lot of other blogs, then posts may get pushed down further than you expect and it’s possible to miss them that way.
