reader not updating properly

  recently, the reader page doesn’t display updates and the time something was posted properly. I post something, and 2 hours later it still says “posted 19 seconds ago”. and post updates don’t show. anyone know what the reason might be? so I guess, I don’t see other people’s updates properly either…
