READER PROBLEMS

Can you help, my READER can’t be accessed as it says it’s hit an unexpected problem- The page prior to this is a blank screen with a wee flashing on and off icon at the top of the screen. How can I solve this?

Just discovered the Quick Edit button on my Posts and pages don’t work either and I can’t add photos, I get this message
Failed to load plugin: lists from url https://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/lists/plugin.min.js
It works okay in private mode.

Works on browsers on other machines.
On Edge disabled all extensions and deleted cookies and local an session storage
Console shows number of “chunk failed to load” errors

The READER is now working but MY SITE appears for a couple of seconds and disappears… can some one please help if they are using MICROSOFT EDGE and their site acted in this way if there is anything that I should do…
