  I deleted my site, readeratlarge.com, several months ago. It is still online and I am unable to access it. When I try to log into readeratlarge.com, I am directed to the Chicago Review of Books dashboard (I did some writing for them last year) – with no option to access readeratlarge.com. I would like readeratlarge.com taken down. I’m not sure why this is a problem.

  You certainly didn’t delete that site as it is still online. This usually happens when that site is connected to another account of yours. To restore access to the account owning that site, you must use the transaction ID as described at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#verify-your-account-ownership

  The domain and site haven’t been deleted. You need to log in to the tolmsted account if you wish to close account and site down.
