Readers are able to see my stats if I am logged in to WordPress.

  I have discovered that if a reader looks at a blog post and they click on My Sites, they are able to access my stats etc if I am logged into WordPress. Is there a way to take My Sites and Reader off the view that the reader sees? I have looked however perhaps I have missed something.
