Readers cannot see a list of posts

I prefer the old windows live system when you can see a list of posts and it’s very easy to find the one you want. But this new system you have only a list of five post per page with some lines of content.

You can use the archive shortcode to create a list of all your posts and put it into a text widget in your sidebar, or create a page (post index?) with the shortcode.

There are quite a number of different attributes to make is show in different ways, and if you want, you can even have it as a dropdown, which is quite useful for a sidebar location.
