Readers can't add comment to current post

It seems my readers can’t add comment to current post. Their comments have been showing up on my previous post. I have tried to find a way to enable comments at the bottom of the page, to no avail.
Also, Can I move the comments from one post to another?

I was able to submit a comment on your latest post, and it is currently awaiting approval.
There isn’t a way to move comments from one post to another at this time.

Hmmm, at the risk of sounding dim, where did you do this as I can’t seem to find where you can comment at the bottom of the post. Sorry.

Check http://ameliamcgoldrickblog.com/2011/06/09/a-couple-of-days-in-uruguay/ and scroll down to the bottom, where it says “Post a comment.”
Below that, you should see a box where you can enter your comment and/or login.

ahhh. You can’t leave a comment at the bottom of the main page but by clicking on either the title or “1 comment” beside the title, the page reloads and you can comment there. Gotcha. Thanks.
