Readers can't comment

  One of my readers cannot leave comments. I’ve checked the Discussion settings and I cannot see a problem with my settings.

  She is another WordPress user. She said it won’t accept her password. I don’t know why she needs one – I don’t have that feature ticked as necessary???

  Please let me know what might be the problem.
