Readers can't comment on my blog

  Although my settings indicate that anyone can comment on my blog without logging in and without moderation, my neighbors and friends have told me repeatedly that they are not allowed to comment. A friend told me just yesterday that there was a message indicating that she was not permitted to comment. What gives? I do get some comments from other WordPress bloggers and people who followed me a long time ago.

  I’ve just left a comment when not logged in. There were no problems – I was just prompted for a name, email, and website.
