Reader’s comments being discarded…

  …and I didn’t do anything to bar him from commenting. There has a been a discussion on one of my articles and one of the poster all of a sudden says his messages are being discarded, it has happened twice now from what he says. The post is right here. The user’s name is shaza. Any help would be appreciated

  Have you looked in your spam filter? Sometimes comments end up there.

  I have, and I don’t see his posts at all. He has commented before so the filter shouldn’t kick him off.

  The filter is funny, which is why I mentioned it. Yes, it will grab folks who have commented before – happens to my commenters all the time.

  Other than the spam filter, I don’t know what the problem could be. You may have to contact support.
