reader’s email address not recognized by wordpress
-
I have a reader who would like to leave comments; however, after inputting her user name and email address, an error page pops up saying that her address is not recognized (or isn’t a valid email address – I can’t remember.) The email address is correct, and it’s a gmail account. I have other readers that also have gmail accounts that don’t have this problem. Any suggestions?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello: zackbradley; You’ll need to contact staff directly for this matter so they can look deeper into the matter for you since the forum is run by volunteers that don’t have access to the back-end components → http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/

Do you have your blog set so only WP.com signed-in members can comment? If she isn’t registered, she’ll have to do that.

@zackbradley
You haven’t posted the URL for the blog in question starting with the prefix http://re: raincoaster’s comment
Please see this support documentation entryI would like my blog to be visible only to users I choose – You would use this setting to create a private blog. If selected, another area will appear where you can control which WordPress.com users will be able to log into your blog to read it (those users will only be able to read your blog, they will not get access to your dashboard to edit your blog, please see this section if you want to give people edit access): http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/
