Readers have reported Trojan

I have had a reader contact me to inform me that his security (he did say it is high quality protection package he has due to having a server and over 3 TB of data) has picked up a Trojan on my site.
Can anybody tell me how do I confirm this or remove it. I have one photo and a couple of links not sure how it has happened?

Your reader could have malware on their own browser or computer from a browser extension or toolbar or adware that was included in a download. Tell him/her these sites have further explanation and suggestions for eliminating the ads:
