readers leaving a comment, LIKE button feature

On mobile devices, I need help in configuring my readers to be able to leave a comment without having to input their names, email & website. Can those options be removed? I have the (Confit) theme. Also, when readers hit the (LIKE) feature, its asking them to sign in to wordpress, can that be eliminated to where readers just hit the (LIKE) but just like on Facebook?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

They have to be logged in WordPress.COM/Gravatar account holders to use the WordPress.COM in-house like button so get straight please. In other words, it’s the same here as it is at Facebook and everywhere else there is an “in-house” like button provided for member use only.

The vast and overwhelming majority of all so-called information on the internet is spam. Over 80% of all so-called comments submitted to .wordpress.com blogs every day are spam. Spam comes in waves. There are human beings who get paid to post spam. There are robotic programs that post spam. But if you want to throw down the welcome mat to all spammers and scammers you can set up anonymous commenting.
This page > Settings > Discussion is where you set up defaults for comments.

_Users must be registered and logged in to commentNote that the prompt to submit and email address and a website URL will still appear, but providing an email address and logging in are not required, and you cannot change this so the prompt does not appear.
You can post instructions for your visitors in a text widget if you wish to set up anonymous commenting. That’s easy to do. You copy and paste this into a text widget:
Readers: Note that the email address and logging in prompts do appear for comments on this blog, but providing an email address and logging in are not required.
P.S. Do be sure to set up full comment moderation ie. “An administrator must always approve the comment” because anonymous commenting is bound to increase the amount of spam your blog will receive.

You can remove the like link from displaying everywhere except in the WordPress.COM Reader.

Turn Likes On/Off on Specific Media FilesThe same is also true of the reblog link. We cannot disable the display in the Reader either.
Moreover, we have never been presented with a cogent reason from Staff as to why the set up is such that Reader display options set up by Staff overrides our blogger preferences for like button and reblog button display.

Also, there’s a (blue wordpress follow up link) on the right side of my blog, is there any way to get that removed because it takes readers to sign into wordpress?

Premium does not mean the blog changes. it simply means you purchased a bundle of upgrades for specific uses and features > http://store.wordpress.com/plans/ and one of them is the same custom design feature you can purchase individually http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/

On one hand, none of the characteristic “blog” features like categories, tags, authors, dates, etc. can be removed from a free hosted WordPress.com blog, without purchasing an annually renewable custom design upgrade and doing the required CSS editing.

If you do not want to offer email updates of your posts to subscribers then remove that button.
