Readers locked out of my blog!

Hi there, I have just been informed by a potential client that she was not able to get into my blog as it is locked and I need to give them a ‘code’ or something. I have tried to have a look but can find no security settings I need to change and was completely unaware of this or for how long it has been like this. The strange thing is having asked a few other people to log on; some can do this no problem ans some are locked out! Please help!

Hi, just to add to this I have looked at the visibility settings for each individual post and they are set to ‘public’ and the ‘make the blog private’ in the privacy settings is UN-checked! Why is this happening?

When I visit your site, annafchapman.wordpress.com, everything is displaying properly for me. Can you make sure that your client was visiting the correct address?
If so, what is the exact error message she was seeing and where?
